Some people might have heard about the health threatening effects of sitting too much. More and more studies show that people who spend a lot of time sedentary have a higher risk for back pain, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, certain types of cancer and other conditions.
When it comes to sitting and health it seems that it’s not just about the amount of time we spend seated but also about how often we break it up.
