Use commercials for a short activity break.

If you are still spending TV commercials bored with channel-hopping or annoyed with watching all this stupid clips, this tip is for you. Commercials are perfect reminders for us to get up and get moving. Here are a few ideas for short activity breaks:


Jumping Jacks

Walking in place

Take a walk around the house

Push-ups, Squats, Sit-ups and Co.

Exercises using a resistance band

A few Yoga poses

Jumping in place

And many, many more. Just be creative! 😉
